This is the back yard at my parents house. I've been keeping their grass trimmed this summer while they're on a mission. It's my first attempt at using different blade heights in the same "mowing session." Simple, but satisfying..
"[Today] is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense." ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
a great quote i got from my brotha's blog
"It's not what you look like when you're doing what you're doing, it's what you're doing when you're doing what you look like you're doing." - Charles Wright & the Watts 103rd Street Rhythm Band
I am an optimist. I try to find the positive and beauty in everyone and everything around me. My religion and my little boy with cancer are the filters through which I view life.
Perpective is everything.

Wow, Cecilia. Suddenly, you went up two levels in coolness. Seriously.
I'm not kidding.
That lawn looks awesome. Go you and your creativeness! It makes me actually want to mow...
What! I am screaming right now. How did you figure it out? I am so jealous. That is so cool. Will you mow my lawn?
Shoot I'm going to have to try it next time I cut my lawn. It looks very cool.
Oh, different blade heights, so that's how you did it! Next time spirals? Ü Thanks Ceci, you are tops!
Hmm....how about a secret message next time?
