4 Year Anniversary

The host remembers 11/11/03.

Though I did not include in this podcast the spiritual experience we had on Thursday in the doctor's office before Dr. Whiting ordered the first blood test or my experience with my good friend, Linda, on Saturday morning during a training meeting at school, I remember them as if they were yesterday.  I will be eternally grateful for Dr. Whiting's expertise and 'prompting' and Linda's unfailing support.

Your podcast was so poignant that I was overcome with emotion...something that doesn't happen very often. Logan, I am so happy too!

I can understand your agony in waiting for the test results... talking your child to an oncologist is one of the scariest things you will do in your life! Been there, done that.
Ceci, your strength has held your family together and has given Logan a reason to fight, why would he want to leave someone he loves and adores so much?
You are an inspiration to us all and I am honored to have met your mom and in turn, her wonderful, strong daughters! (and great grandkids as well!)
Love to all!
Kay

Ok, now that I've blown my nose and wiped the tears, I can write and tell ou what a wonderful inspiration you are to me. I think many of us have learned more of compassion and inner strength and many other things these past 4 years.

Cecilia--one of the things I love most about you, and something you have apparently passed on to Logan, is the sweet perspective you have on things. You have given me a lot to think about and appreciate over the last four years, not the least of which is peanut butter, and life, and an appreciation for challenges that come to us, for what they can give us, not what they take away. You guys have been blessed, but so have we all. We wont forget!!
